Odd Gym Contrast
In the upstairs exercise bit in my gym - (Yes! I've been going to a gym! An actual gym! I'm a member of a bloody gym! (Although I haven't been yet this week, I'm quite t-i-r-e-d...)) - they pump endless soft porn music videos onto the screens as you flail around on the running machine - videos usually involving women mud-wrestling, washing cars, chasing a man in bras (they are wearing the bras, not the man), gyrating around a pole, lounging by a swimming pool, or like a new one I've noticed recently - pressing themselves up against a photocopier. You are left wondering exactly which muscle they wish you to exercise.
However, go downstairs into the swimming pool and the throbbing dance tracks are replaced by the theme music for 'Schindler's List'.

Hi. Erm - answer is - I don't really know! I think they are being given out to shops, put in cafes, given out at railway stations - that sort of thing. If you drop a line to the Spafest people they might be able to send you one. A new one should be out this week.
